CG Technical Training School (CGTTS) is one of the Centers of Excellence in Crompton Greaves Limited. The main objective of this centre is to enhance the awareness of CG products and technology among the stakeholders. CG experts working in R & D, Product technology, design and development, manufacturing, testing, quality and service conduct the product training programme.  We also organize training on product and process technologies by world’s renowned external experts.

Our means:
1. Enhance technical competency of CG personnel by :

• Providing learning opportunities to meet demands of existing and emerging   business
• Sensitizing for futuristic technologies

2. Provide training to key stakeholders for enhancing CG brand

The company has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IITs and IISc Bangalore for instituting Crompton Greaves research Fellowship. Presently 40 researches are persuing their academic programme at these institutes
